Prof. Aste is very easy-going, but he seems to not remember things. He would use the old attendance roster for half the semester and if you got added to class, you will get all zeros for the first half. He would not listen to you. MAKE SURE you have a COPY of your work on flash drive because he will lose the exams & quizzes. Don't work too hard.

Smart.......but, confused or lacking interest in modern day students. Take the class if 3 credits are needed. The stories are true, to a degree, but he repeats himself over and over. Put in the time and you will be rewarded. The genius is there, but you have to figure it out for yourself.

While he seems like a nice enuf guy, he is just scattered and disorganized. If you dont mind brainless-want-to-shoot-yourself-type class, take it, its an easy A.Otherwise, you may need that gun because you will be bored stiff. (oh and the quizzes are just comical......you will just shake ur head like HUH??) it gave me 3 credits thats about it.

Nice guy who should have retired by now. He is very disorganized & easily agitated. His lectures regularly have nothing to do with the class & he goes on about his personal life when people would rather discuss the films. The films he choses are horrible. You expect to see Goodfellas and The Godfather. He gives you spaghetti westerns and 'Mafia.'

Easiest Professor ever! I am a junior transfer and wanted to take Italian bc I am Italian! I took this class and he is soo easy! Easy A! Hardly went to class! But dont take the class if you actually want to learn something!

Listen, ive taken well over 5 classes with this guy and he is absolutley the best professor at UML. If you're looking to seriously learn something then seek another professor. If you want to free up some time in your busy life for other important classes then take him. EASY grade.
