I haven't thought about Dr. Gilberson in many years, but I had him during his first year at Texas Lutheran. Of all the professors I had at the time, he was one of the few that never had any trouble relating to the students. He had high expectations, but he also was willing to work with you to achieve those expectations!

Dr Gilbertson changed my life. I graduated in 1992 with a philosophy degree from TLU. Wish I had studied more and partied less. Professors like Dr Gilbertson are hard to find. He is a very intelligent man. If you are currently learning from him; Shut up and pay attention.
