Dr. Smeltzer taught a section of Gene Expression. When he tested the class it was with two essays...which I didn't mind. But they were asked vaguely and then graded for specifics. Asking for clarification about what I did wrong he explained that I answered his question completely, but other students answered (shotgunned) with supplemental info.

Classes can run a little long, but overall he is an awesome prof!!! Very enthusiastic! Loves interaction from students. Very helpful with any questions you may have.
