took this class to boost my GPA. She is extremely unclear about anything that she wants you to do. Harsh grader and doesn't even explain why you got the grade you got. says things are due and never collected them. doesn't answer emails. my entire class would agree too she's confusing. if u have her run far.

Professor Groner is a lovely teacher. She encourages participation and wants to know what you are thinking. When it comes to essays, she can be a bit of a tough grader. But she is does help you if you are struggling with essay and goes over the assignment/story so you have a better understanding. She is super nice and recommend taking her class,

This class is easy if you put the work in. You do need the textbook to do most of the assignments, and the class can be a bit boring, but she is passionate about the material she teaches and only gives 3 4-6 page papers. You need to put in the work but it is a good class to take. Very lenient and gives you plenty of chances to do well.

She could really help the class out a lot more if she was actually in class she missed a lot of classes and doesn't explain anything, she looks to be in terrible shape can barely stand might be time for her to retire. Get ready for 6 papers and it doesn't matter if Stephen king wrote it, it cant get higher then a c .

Be prepared to read over ten long plays that are very difficult. you will need to purchase five books. three papers that are worth seventy five percent of your overall grade. If you miss a class you are clueless.

She seemed genuinely interested in the topic she was teaching. Gave a lot of homework which felt largely pointless, but was easy. Two in-class essays that were very easy. There was a group project, but that was as hard as it got. It was a very straightforward class. Nothing memorable, but it she was pretty easy and a lenient grader.

A sheer delight to have for a Professor. Dr. Groner is intelligent, thoughtful, fair and caring. Anyone who says otherwise clear didn't put the correct amount of work into the course. I strongly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn and doesn't expect an easy A!

Public Speaking. The class itself is a joke. She is a sweetheart. Very fair and flexible. Show up, give a few speeches... and well take your A and run. If your taking Public Speaking... I don't think it can be made any easier.

She is easily the worst teacher I've ever had. She constantly contradicts herself and while reading poetry she'll stop and go "wow! what do you think that means!?" every two lines. I took another english course while taking this one. In that course I all A's but in this course I couldn't get anything better than a C. She's very stuck up.

I have never had her for a class but she was my advisor. She is extremely helpful and always a pleasure to talk to. Unlike other advisors I have had, Professor Groner really listens and works with you on forming your schedule. She takes the time and doesn't rush you at all either. I felt like she truly cared about my academic intentions.

Believe nothing negative that is said about her. She's truly a wonderful professor. She's extremely smart, very kind, & teaches a lively and very thought-provoking class. She really did an awesome job. You MUST do the readings, but they're so interesting anyway, you'll actually want to.

I had her for two classes in the same semester. They were my two worst grades at farmingdale (both Bs.) At the end of class, she called me an a-hole. She wasn't very nice to me. She's not the worst professor in the world, you'll pass and you might learn.
