Dropped this class in a heartbeat. I guess she just wasn't for me. She teaches middle or high school classes during the day and basically expects you to know everything already because her younger students do and we should have already learned this before apparently

I've always been a math person, so I found this class very easy. But she explains things very thoroughly, leaves time for plenty of questions, and interacts well with her students. Her students had the highest test score average of all the sections on the first exam.

She breaks things down nicely but does throw a ton of problems at you a day, so being in class is not mandatory but highly recommended. As long as you study and do all the math problems it's a solid A.

She teaches like a high school math teacher which I love. She breaks down examples without skipping steps and ALWAYS goes over homework at the start of every class. If you go to class and do some of the homework you will be fine.

My advice would be to not take her. She teaches high school students and expects her college students to be geniuses and that's just not how it is. She really isn't helpful during office hours. Makes you feel idiotic more times than not. She always seems to put a really confusing problem on the test. One that was never really talked about in class.

Horrible Drop as soon AsAP. Way to Much info at one time on a test. Quiz every week!. alittle helpful. Gives you like 1 million H.W problems then throws some extra hard stuff on exams. Discourages you Everyday for being in that class. Makes you feel slow or imcompatent!.

Marsha is a good math professor. She is American, and she is very helpful. Class isn't mandatory but it should be. I you go to all the classes and do the homework you should do fine. She's always there to help you understand something. Math is just a hard subject but she makes sure you're ready for Calculus. I'd take her again if I could :)

really nice lady w/ a great sense of humor.. but she's not easy. her tests are tricky and have waaaay too much info on them. and she doesnt curve anything. EVER. but she's always available for extra help.. which only goes so far..

Marsha is a very good teacher. Very clear and helpful. Will take as much time as needed to help and explain problems at the beginning of class. Homework not mandatory but very helpful. Tests are long but she makes sure you are well prepared. One of the best math teachers i've ever had.

Marsha is the best math teacher I have ever had. She is very clear in her lecture and it is almost impossible to fail if you attend class. If you do the homework and keep up with the notes you are guarenteed an A. You take 10 quizzes throughout the semester but you get to drop your four lowest scores. Definitly take Marsha!!!!

i dont even need to do the HW because her notes and lectures are so clear that i just dont even have to work...and im not that great in math she just takes the concepts which actually are easy and makes them as easy as they should be, unlike other teachers who like to make a high school math class seem like a 400 level math...

very good. makes things clear and she's very helpful. tests & quizzes are fair and you'll do well if you attend class and do your hw. she doesnt lecture, she lays things out clearly for you to copy down. i have her at 7pm and i actually enjoy attending. most people complain that their math 022 teachers suck, but marsha williams is the best. so nice

Probably the best math teacher i ever had in my life...she would lay out every concept and say ok, this is what you do, none of that read into the problem crap other teachers do...her tests are hard but they are very direct, study the examples from her notes and you willbe fine, they are the same except different numbers...
