Malone's classes aren't terribly difficult if you pay attention during lectures and complete your assignments on time. Be prepared to write for his classes... a lot. Overall, Malone's a pretty great guy and has a lot to offer to his students. I definitely recommend him.

Nice man, not a clear teacher though, sorts of jumps around a lot and doesn't have much structure to the class. Notes on portal are good for easy access, but leave you with nothing to do in class besides stare at the screen and listen to him lecture. Little class participation, all on him. Hard to follow.
