Absolute saint of a woman. Took her for two GenEd courses. Only homework assigned was to read the assigned texts and after reading you would write a paper. Very simple and clear in expectations.

Professor Bushman's classes are not hard; go to class, read a few of the plays, do the assignments, and say something at least once a class, and you'll be fine. But if you're looking for more rigorous or intellectual coursework, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This is a great class for non-English majors though.

Professor Bushman is amazing! I highly recommend her, she is so helpful and understanding. Her personality is really quirky. She can be a tough grader on papers but good topics. If you go in and talk to her about it she's more than willing to help you. I loved this class and will take more of her classes. In Another Country was the best gateway.

Mary-Ann is a very cool girl. She definitely made class interesting. No final. I had her Fall 04. She is incredibly smart and knows how to work classes of size 8 to 40 kids. I would recommend her. Very nice, not a pushover tho. Tough grader on papers.
