I liked her. I didn't have to try very hard and I still got an A. Not only did she offer assistance, but she strongly encouraged it (but didn't force you to if you didn't want to). She gave you plenty of time to do assignments, and when the rough draft came in you get in groups and get some feedback and improvements.

She is very helpful and clear whit both defining her criteria and suggesting corrections. She will give suggestions, but don't be afraid to suggest your own (she will actually listen and consider your input). Not many assignments so stay on top of them and her class will be easy.

I had Dalles for both English 1130 and 1230. Her classes are boring, you will write 4 papers in each of her classes and that is what a majority of your grade is. She is very once sided on whatever subject you talk about in class... So when you go to write your papers make sure your on her side. Mono toned when she talks

I took comp 1 and 2 with Dalles. She's really nice and loves you if you take the time to talk to her outside of class. Also you are almost guaranteed an A or B if you go and talk to her outside class, she will literally check your paper and walk you through the project if you make an appointment!

She is a very difficult grader. She has to have a paper a certain way for you to get a good grade. According to her, what I thought was my best paper she thought was the worst. And what i thought my worst paper was, she thought it was my best one. It is very difficult to actually figure out what she wants in essays
