The class can be boring at times due to the material covered.Sometimes goes off on tangents unrelated to geography.She is a nice person and a pretty good teacher.The tests are tricky and tough.There is usually stuff on the tests that I'd never seen before.The grading scale is better than normal, however with an 85% being an A- and an 87% being a B.

This class is really interesting. Dr. Haley lectures the ENTIRE class, but is very clear and uses lots of real-world examples to convey meanings. The tests pretty much only cover what she talks about in class and material presented in the Case-Study workbook. I hardly even cracked my textbook and got an A.

Her tests were very hard, but she did grade on a curve and offered some extra credit. If you don't like geography, then it will def. be boring. But if you like it, it will be very interesting because she knows so much about the subject.

Her Geography of Ohio class was OK. She is really boring but she is very smart and nice. Her tests are tricky and hard. Her grading scale is really lenient, however. A 74% is a B.

Dr. Haley is very knowledgeable and offers a lot of insights and finer points during her lectures. She will lecture the entire class time but I wouldn't say this was a difficult class. She is also very helpful in offering course advice to undergraduates. So sign up for GEOGRAPHY today!
