Comment:

Sweetest lady, not a great teacher. Shes the gpa grim reaper in the college of health sciences. Be prepared to teach yourself most of the material because her PowerPoints are all over the place. Form study groups with your peers, READ THE TEXTBOOK, dont skip, write down everything she says. That is the key to passing Dr. Hs classes.

Talks at you using power points that are useless for her test . Hard grader offers extra credit On all 3 tests , and you will need it . Graded on 3 test and 10%attendance.. You will teach yourself . Read every night, she tends to make easy concepts way more difficult then need be.

She's a brilliant and amazing person. Presentations are a bit disorganized and there are endless handouts which offer as much confusion as clarity to the lessons. You must read the text - she doesn't require it but it's essential to doing well. Exams are fair but any and all material covered is fair game. This class requires students to step it up!

She is very sweet but not the best teacher. Her power points are impossible to study from. Her questions are confusing and the tests focus on small specific details. She is very knowledgeable but goes on tangents about information that we don't need to know. She expects we have a much larger background knowledge than we do.

She's very sweet, but her class requires effort. If you're one of those people who doesn't pay attention in class and read the book later, don't. You need to show up EVERY CLASS and pay attention, taking good notes. It's hard to distinguish what's relevant but better study everything than leave an answer blank on tests. Lots of fill in the blank.

Astounding amount of knowledge on blood, a serious passion for what she teaches, makes it entertaining. Write everything she says, xtra credit can save your life on her tests, and hands out case studies sometimes, don't miss a class! Overall great and sweet prof, really cares about students.

One of the best professor in the department so far. She is very enthusiastic about the topic. Exams were hard. That's why you have to attend her class. If you miss it, you 'll not easily pass the class. She also gave extra credits for every tests. Big hit if you nail it :)

Great professor. Her knowledge on blood is astounding, and she has a true passion for the subjects she teaches. WRITE EVERYTHING she says, there's no other way to get it all. Tough tests, but fair for the material covered. Always has extra credit.

Had her for Heme and shes wicked hard. She gives a lot of materials and goes over it really quick. Her exams are MC and open response. Make sure you go over your previous exams bc youll see them again on final. exam=questions are random/specific and it requires a lot of studying just to pass. Have a study group and go over the basics 2/wk.
