She knows her stuff...but she seemed to have forgotten what it is to be a freshman bio major and not know everything. She is great for lab, she really wants you to learn, but she just doesn't know how to help you when she's in lecture. I'd suggest not taking for lecture.

howe is really not that bad so long as you take notes in class and study for the tests. the tests are straightforward and the material is explained clearly in class. you can get an A or B pretty easily.

Not a great lecturer - if you never had to deal with a lecturer who changes topics in a seemly bizarre way u will hate her for the 1 month. Great lab professor tho. She will help with anything and even agreed to a group quiz! She really does want you to learn, she just has a hard time lecturing.

I had her for Genetics and I feel bad. She is obviously not comfortable speaking in front of groups, but is really smart. In smaller class settings where she knows people, she is a decent prof, but otherwise look out.

By far the worst teacher I have ever had. Her lectures were nonsensical and her tests required twice the alotted time that was given. Frosh pre-med students, stick with it and don't let her discourage you, because it only gets better from there on.

She doesn't explain things well, and her own lectures confuse her easily. You never know what's going to be on the tests because she doesn't explain what you need to know, and the textbook has irrelevant information that you don't know how to sift through
