her class was not that bad, having lots of hw at the beginning and eased up at the end. Her tests were ok and getting '100' is possible, plus she gave curve at the end. No worry about your grade if u study before the test with all the test topics given.

Even though she is unorganized and does give hw, she genuinely tries to help each student. If you are the type of student that actually goes to class and trys to do the assignments, you should be fine. She is definately one of the better accounting profs...not that there is much competition.

her teaching consist of slides with 2 hr quizzes. she does not really teach. her classes consist of either reading the powerpoint presented word for word or a individual and then a group quiz which covers the whole class time. overall nice but can't teach

Acc is not an easy course. I would say Mary Maury is one of the better professors. She is such a nice lady. Very respectful and makes you feel comfortable. Can be a little unorganized at times but she is actually funny(her cough) Gives good test reviews.

She has a good heart. There was sooo much work but she was so busy that she lost it all. Thus, she ended up giving us some simple assignments. Very helpfull, caring etc . . . But then again, its an ACCOUNTING class so it was THE WORST CLASS EVER.

I had her for a few accounting courses. Yes she goes off on tangents, but before a test, she'll sem it up and tell you mostly what to study. EMAIL and ASK questions, she's very helpful in responding. A FAIR GRADER, but you need to study a lot by yourself

She tries to make it a fun class. You get to play monopoly, 4 teams of 2, for most of the semester 1 class of the week. You record what happens during the game to turn into a paper. Actually is very understanding & encourages questions.
