Mary Rose helps you understand the material in EVERY way she can, so long as YOU make an effort. I took an incomplete and she met with me every week off campus to teach me bc she is -committed- to making sure her students learn. She teaches not only with her mind, but with her heart. If you have the desire to learn, she will help make it happen.

Mary Rose is definitely the most interesting professor I've had so far at Wilmington. She knows how to keep you listening, that's for sure. She seems to have a genuine interest in the material she teaches, which adds to her high level of enthusiasm. My one complaint is that she interrupts a lot during tests.

Mary Rose is one of the best professors at Wilmington. She is so amazingly happy and positive all the time so you will never be depressed around her. She values every student for their own personality and doesn't lump them all together like some. Would definitely reccomend Mary Rose!

Some people like her but I don't. Make sure u follow the book b/c she is very scattered in how she presents stuff. Does not return calls or email no matter how much u try. Hardly ever returns papers. I'm still trying to get my papers back!!! I got an A but had no idea how I got it! SHe does pass back tests, thank god!

Mary Rose is the most intelligent, dynamic, personable, humorous teacher at Wilmington College! She is fun but also gets down to business. She knows what questions to ask to get everyone thinking, and always has funny stories to tell! She's always willing to meet with students one-on-one if they need extra help, too. Great professor!

I love Mary Rose... I have made it a point to have a MR class as often as i can even if that means getting up for an 8am class. She may be scattered sometimes but thats why shes awesome. Her classes are the most entertaining she keeps you on your toes. She refuses to let you fail. She does the work of 50 people here on campus. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!!!
