Ruthi is the best professor I have ever had. She's hilarious, friendly, interesting, and uses real life examples and situations in her lectures. Its because of her that I added on a Sociology major. I love her lectures, they're very informative and entertaining. Also, she doesn't believe in accumulative finals!! It doesn't get better than that! :))

Awesome teacher, hilarious and keeps things interesting. If you do poorly in this class then its simply because you didn't even open the book. Easy B or A if you just read the chapter and go over the notes before the tests. This teacher is one of the best at HU and an easy A if you try a little. You talk about drugs, sex, and violence.

I struggled in Ruthi's class because her tests and quizzes are hard! she had 6 students average an A on her tests (include A-) out of 40 students. Humorous and very interesting.

If you were playing professor charades, Ruthi would be the perfect name to draw. There are so many one-liners and gestures associated with her. She is an awesome prof., even if (like me) you aren't the biggest fan of sociology.
