He cares a lot about grammar and he is not that easy on grading. 95% is A which is ridiculous. Dont turn in things late because he will mark down a whole letter grade. JUST DONT take this class.

What a nice guy and what an ez IGETC class. Take him! It's so chill. No exams. No studying. No need for textbook. No homework assignments except for the papers you have to write. And about those, so easy, all opinion based except for research at the end. Nothing crazy. Final you just write about what you read that he passes out. Cake class!

He is a really, really nice guy. Little shy, but he's awesome. If you do the work, you will definitely get an A. He doesn't teach you HOW to write the papers because it is expected you know how already by English 124. He has you read helpful sections, and his lectures spark debates and ideas for your paper. The class seems to be very hostile though

Definitely take his class, super easy. No homework besides your essays. There are 5 and you get two revisions for a better grade if needed. His lectures are kinda boring but considering how easy and nice he is I would definitely recommend taking him! He does take attendance though, so don't miss too many classes! i am trying to take him again.

Dr. Lesser is enthusiastic and very nice, and I usually enjoyed his lectures. He's pretty funny, though I don't think he means to be. The class goes much more smoothly when people offer up their opinions. The papers were not difficult to write. You will use the text some, but not a lot.

Totally easy professor Highly recommended. I am glad I took Lessor for my last English class. His lectures can be fun because he talks about current topics and events. If you participate and add to the discussion it will go a long ways. Plus, he offers extra credit which is 10% of your total grade. It is a big help.

Really easy class. No homework, 5 out of class essays(2 of which can be revised). He doesn't grade hard. In class is nothing but his ramblings and discussions, which were pretty interesting most of the time. He does't really teach anything about writing, it's expected you know how. The professor is very likable though.

I'm a freshman who's taking his class right now and I LOVE it! Yea it does kind of suck that attendance is mandatory, but he's a good teacher. Going in there you're expected to already know how to write, obviously. But he lets you revise 2 essays and you have a chance of raising your grade a total of 10% with the extra credit! I love the class!

Mr. Lesser is really easy when it comes to grading papers. However, he does care about attendance so make sure you make an effort to show up once in a while. He is really nice but his lectures can get really boring. Other than that he is a MUST when it comes to taking English 124.

Professor Lesser is so adorable! He has a very strong New York accent and has such a cute personality. If you seriously don't get an A in this class, I don't know about you... He offers 10% extra credit work and it's actually really, really easy. He also lets you rewrite most of your essays to get a higher grade.

very helpful and nice guy. The class is usually composed of discussing an issue in the world today, and each discussion is relevant to whatever essay you'll be working on. Very easy A, and you COULD ditch class and still pass, but I liked the thought provoking discussions we had in class.

extremely easy class. barely ever even had to show up. simple essays about every 2 or 3 weeks. just have to show up on the days essays were due and got an A. very boring to attend considering he rambled about nothing, but attendance was certainly not needed. didn't learn a lot but it was was easy so I definitely recommend this class.
