Dr. Robinson is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled professor. He utilizes a good mix personal anecdotes, readings from other sources, and data to make his lectures engaging and easy to understand. He cares deeply about his students and is willing to work around real life situations. He is very clear about instructions and expectations.

Very reading and lecture heavy class. He talks almost every day about his qualifications and asks you to read his publications. Definitely the toughest seminar from what I've heard. In my experience he often graded outside the rubric. Even if you met all the listed requirements you'd have mystery points knocked off due to it not feeling like a 100.

Robinson is a pretty good professor. Attendance is mandatory, but if you miss an Injustice class, the textbook is his own book and the lecture follows the book point by point. Definitely read the textbook as questions on the test are from the book.

Dr. Robinson is a very interesting professor. He is heavy on the anecdotes, but in the end, his teaching is very good. Take notes and class and review for the tests, since his tests are mainly multiple choice and essays based on his lectures.

Listen, this man talked about himself the entire time. When we got to the content of the class, which was applying theories of justice to real life events, the conversation was great, but we spent a lot of time listening to him talk about how qualified he was to teach the class.

Great speaker. He loves to teach and clearly knows the material inside and out. Plenty of chances to do well in his class. His tests are long, but study the notes and read his book in order to do well.

Dr. Robinson is a really cool guy; he's super passionate about the material. The class is a lot of work compared to other Honors seminars, as we had to write seven papers and had three tests for the class. After the first unit, the rest of the class is examples of stuff explained in the first unit. Easy tests, adds points back, fun class!

I really enjoyed the class overall and the professor made the lectures interesting. The tests, however, were extremely difficult for this to be a Gen-Ed class. The class and exams are extremely book-heavy (considering he wrote the text). I would recommend taking this class if you don't already have a heavy course-load.

Professor Robinson was super knowledgeable, presented topics from two sides, and made class very fun to attend. Always had interesting stories to tell and had a good attitude. I really wish i could've taken more classes with him but would for sure highly recommend taking him if you can. Just show up to class and pay attention and you should be good

Dr. Robinson is very passionate about this class and the success of his students. The material can get pretty dry at times, but he always has a story to keep you interest in it. Tests are rather lengthy but most concepts are common sense. Dr. Robinson really knows his stuff, for those of you who enjoy class arguments.

Robinson's Injustice in America is one of the most amazing classes I've ever taken. He inspired me to minor in criminal justice and has made me a more educated and aware person. He is incredibly intelligent and makes it very easy for you to understand what he's talking about even if you have never taken a criminal justice class before (like me)

I appreciated Dr Robinson's stories and although he did not give me back my homework assignments, he made them "for credit" meaning if you do them and do them right you get full credit. We did four this semester and I did them all and did not miss a class so I got an A on 20 percent of the class. He also gave us study guides for the tests.

Awesome class. Learned a lot and averaged 80s on my exams. HE gives study guide with key terms to make studying easier and also meets with you to give you advice about how to study.

Class is easy but he takes points away for attendance and participation (20 % of your grade). One of those professors who seems like is trying to make it more difficult than it should be. Does not grade assignments. His lecture is a stressor.

I took this class after I completed by internship and I wish I had taken it before because I learned all about why people break the law and so I understand why we kept arresting the same people over and over. Also I wish I better knew about how you can't just not show up for work without getting in trouble. Robinson takes roll to teach you this!
