Get ready to study your butt off. Very knowledgeable in microbiology. You will learn from him. His tests are tough, multiple choice A thru L and matching answers will spell out something. Labs are great and a lot of homework. Memorizing is not the answer for this class he likes to test with situational questions.

If you don't study or do the labs you will not pass. If you do not take notes, you will not pass. Mr Brady is a funny guy, but his tests are monsters. I have never worked so hard in my life just to get a C.

Took summer session A & P 1 and 2 back to back while working full time. He showed no mercy but was a fantastic teacher. Loved his stories. Funny, sarcastic but all about learning. DID NOT FIND him to be INAPPROPRIATE, EVER, as some posted! Made a point to take Micro with him. Did those that wrote poor reviews not put the effort in and fail? Him

Mr. Brady is an excellent instructor. His lectures keep your interest and are actually enjoyable. He's great at relating the tough material to the class, in a way that allows the student to understand and remember it. He makes you want to come to class.

Great professor, he is funny and nice. He makes you buy the lab book and then a book of notes that can only be purchased at the bookstore. Lecture consists of taking notes the entire class. He tries really hard to give good examples that you will remember. But he does not give 100's easily, you have to study for it.

It was always a joy going to his class, the class was always laughing. I got the textbook for his class, but only looked at it a couple of times and that was for the labs. He gives you a copy of the notes for each section, so you sit and listen to him lecture and only write a few things down. To pass the class build good memory skills.

Gets off topic a lot (but makes class tolerable). Doesn't just constantly ramble on for hours about micro... Really cares about his students and makes you comfortable. He does take attendance, definitely passable, homework almost every class but easy to do. Mostly test is memorizing notes.

He makes class enjoyable. He is very funny and sarcastic so he uses that to keep you engaged during lectures. The way he grades it's possible to miss a test, not make it up and have no issue with your grade. He also doesn't care about attendance.

Best teacher ever! Unconventional but effective. You must do your work to pass let alone get a good grade. Study from day one yes you will need to memorize everything in the note packet and be able to apply it in situational questions. Matching sections can be 50 questions long, the answers spell something. Loved the fungus on your peanuts story.

Was the hardest class I have ever taken, tests are very hard with 5+ choices when it came to multiple choice questions. You will get the grade you truly earn. He is very funny and has great stories to tell, but he is all business when it comes to learning. Memorization is a must in this class.

Great teacher overall. Puts information into terms that we can understand and are able to memorize. Makes the class more fun. Tests are tough but while in class, he explains things very thoroughly and will assist you with any problems.

He is a awesome teacher!! Makes sure you understand everything that is being taught and he makes sure if you are struggling he will make extra time to help you. He is very difficult but you learn everything that is on the test. He is very understanding of personal issues and is very easy to talk to. I definitely recommend him for any class.

Micro is a very hard class!!!! You really have to study hard and keep on top of everything he throws at you. He gets off topic at times, but you know exactly what's going to be on the tests. Labs and reports are graded strictly. He has a sick sense of humor, and comments on everything he says, but he's better than any other micro professor there!

LOVED Mr. Brady. He does digress in lecture but I enjoyed it, he has quite the few stories. He goes out of his way to teach and explain things in a manner that you will remember. If you dont show up to class you can probably pass but will likely lose out on stories and mnemonics that are helpful. Test are hard but passable. Great resources for lab

Mr Brady is far from a good teacher , The guy is a per vert , and will talk about stuff that has nothing to do with the class,,I say look for another teacher , The adjunct are very good at teaching , You will not learn in his class, he also like to put down students.
