Comment:

Mr. Lambertson is an amazing teacher. He works step-by-step with you to show you how to do something, then he gives you a project to learn by yourself. It is a challenging class, but he is there to help guide you the entire time. I would recommend this teacher to anyone out there. He truly cares about teaching relevant material, not just booksmarts

Matt is the most knowledgeale professor I have ever come across in the IT industry. The fact he is so knowledgeable on all of his subjects speaks volumes about his technical ability. He has the est hands on labs anywhere. He shows you how to do the lab on the overhead and ten helps you do the lab afterwards. Take his class and you will learn I.T.

He Really knows his stuff. If you study the homework that is about 80% of the test grades. Has a great sense of humor and class is fun. All in all a really great teacher

Tells these horrible jokes, and is more interested in making himself laugh than teaching the material. His tests dont even cover the material covered in class, and sometimes not even in the book. He is VERY self absorbed and does not teach the subject well at all. I will avoid in ALL future classes and recommend everyone else does as well.

The class was a half semester class and they move very fast but it was fun.I was surprised the final exam was hands on and a team effort i insisted on typing to see if i had really learned anything because i didn't think i had and it blew my mind in that short of a time i learned to network computers and set up a tree it was awesome. very hlepfull

By far the worst professor I've come across in college. Tests are randomly generated and he has no idea what's on them. He got half of the questions wrong himself when setting up the scan-tron. He is VERY self absorbed and does not teach the subject well at all. I will avoid in ALL future classes and recommend everyone else does as well.

I'm an advanced PC used and still find him hard to keep up with in the labs. He FLIES through them. He is very knowledgable and is willing to help. It would be helpful if he slowed down half a step.

Excellent teacher. Very approachable and helpful. You just need to ask. His clever anecdotes help make his class rather fun as well. He expects you to listen to his lectures and don't print when he is talking. I recommend him very strongly, he knows his stuff.

I wish every instructor could be as laid back as him. Very helpful, not boring, and I admire the fact he integrates past computer experience into his lectures. One of the best CST guys at Delta.

Advanced Microsoft Networking. Not sure what section it was but Matt is a great teacher. Knows what hes talking about. Didnt use the book at all, labs went on fast so if you dont know anything about it dont take it. Took it with some old guy who didnt know anything about it and he wasted my time asking me questions.

Not sure what the reason for most of the bad comments are, he's a very knowledgable teacher that brings his years of work experience into the classroom. My guess is that most people complaining are people who shouldn't be going into the field of Computer Science. The guy's more than willing to help if you ask for it.

A bit confused by some of the earlier comments left by other students. I have him as a teacher and he is great. As other said he knows his stuff and said from day one if you need help all you have to do is ask. Good sense of humor, but if your lacking one perhaps he is not for you. I will take him for all classes I can.

I don't know what everyone is talking about, but it's probably because they knew nothing about computers before they started this class, but even then (and he TELLS you this) if you have ANY problems he'll help you. Very nice guy, jokes around, curves grades/tests, and if you get the combined lecture/lab just in the lab then the class is a breeze.

does not teach. assumes you know windows server 2003 and constantly makes fun of windows when he cant get things to run correctly, then expects you to set everything up with no walkthrough what-so-ever. Basically he will leave you in the dust, assign take home tests so none of his students fail. I plan on retaking this class elsewhere.
