She is very kind and really knows her stuff! My only complaint is that she does talk quickly but as long as you're paying attention you should be okay! If you miss class during the Excel & Access portions you will have a hard time catching up. But she will let you go to another time she teaches and let you sit in.

The class wasn't very hard. She assigns a lot of homework and the actual class feels pointless, but you have to sign in for attendance. She's nice, but her voice gets really screechy, if that's what you call it.

She explains the material very well, she is quick though so you need to pay attention in order to stay on track. Attendance is important, 10 minutes late and you lose your points so be on time as well! Homework after every class, but she provides many opportunities to get help. You need a USB drive & anything but an apple computer.

Great instructor. Really teaches in ways to make the course easier to understand. There is a lot of homework, but because it can be resubmitted there's no reason to get 100% on them. 1/3 of tests are easy, 1/3 are just vocabulary, and then the last 1/3 are difficult and require practice. An A is easily attainable if you put in the work.

She is an awesome professor especially for a topic many students are not familiar with. She is a bit odd. Overall this class is not difficult if you go to class and do your homework. I recommend at least an hour per homework assignment. The first case exam is by far the hardest test. She moves fast as she lectures so be aware and pay attention.

Mrs. Nemeth is a sweetheart. She did a great job explaining the material and always answered any questions before moving on. She teaches straight out of the book, but not in a bad way. She does a good job of rephrasing things so they make sense and doesn't waste time covering things that are in the book if they aren't on the test. Great instructor!

Prof. Nemeth explains the material well. If you expect someone to just tell you to click and point on your computer, don't take her class. She explains functions (Excel) really well, if you listen. The case exams are not difficult if you know listen to her lecture or if you read your textbook/do homeworks.

Professor Nemeth is great at explaining K201 concepts. Goes through everything you'll see on the homework and tests and responds quickly to emails. She's really patient with students and encourages questions. I enjoyed having her and would recommend her to anyone.

Professor Nemeth was pretty good about everything. The only thing is that if you zone out in lecture for 5 minutes, you're screwed if you're doing a Tutorial for Excel or Access. She's a pretty laid back professor but does take points off if you don't show up. Beware of the 2 concepts exams. Only reason I didnt get an A.

In my section of K201 there weren't many questions asked (what do you expect from a 9am class) but anytime there was, Mrs. Nemeth was sure to help. You could tell she really wanted us to grasp the material. She also liked to provide the class with examples of how the information we were learning applied to real life. Take this class with her!

Mrs. Nemeth is a great teacher. In each class she goes over the homework questions that you will have. She is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She answers questions clearly and is a fair grader. There are quite a few assignments but they increase your knowledge and help you to understand Excel and Access clearly.

Don't really need the textbook for excel. I didn't buy it and I have an A! The course is a lot easier if you to the case exam right after the tutorial. Easy A if you go to class and actually try!

Mrs. Nemeth was an awesome professor! Very dedicated to her profession and to her students success. Highly recommend this professor as she is also the department head for the course. Make sure to attend class though, she counts attendance every day! Didn't use book too much.

She is extremely helpful and always responds to emails quickly. The class is challenging if you haven't messed around with excel and access much. If you take notes and do your homework right after class instead of waiting, it should be an easy A with her. Her voice takes on a high pitch tone very often and she over uses the phrase "Do you get it?"
