great class. the only teacher that will tell idiot students who think they're smart that they are not. The teacher is str8 forward and is not worried about the students feelings. i got an A and all i did was go to class and take notes. this class was refreshing b/c the teacher doesn't spoon feed you information. any1 who complained is a baby...

By far the worst professor I have ever had. He is rude to students to the point of nearly making them cry, disregards the textbook completely and makes up his own (wrong) definitions, and is extremely politically incorrect. I died a little on the inside every time i went to this class.

He speaks with a heavy accent. Doesn?t teach you on what you read in the book. Worst notes I have ever seen from any teacher. Insulting to students. I dropped his class after I studied my notes and text book and only got a D+. I am usually a B+ or higher student. DO NOT TAKE HIM.

He's not the very worst professor I had, but he's not the best. If I had not had to take the classes for my major, I would have dropped them in a heartbeat. Worst professot ever. Refuses to wear a microphone even though he teaches in a large lecture hall and is VERY soft spoken, also, heavy accent. Calls out students who arent paying attention. Very rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional.

While He can be a jerk and he seems to have a bipolar attitude (he'll be screaming one minute and be laughing the next), his class isnt all that hard. His tests are totally off the class lecture, so if you take notes and study them, you will do fine. His accent is a bit tough, but you will get used to it.

I have never used this site before, but i felt i had to rate Dr. Nelson-Richards in order to warn others. I attended every single class and studied for every single exam but i still managed to get a D. He does not type out any of his notes for the students on PowerPoint, he just expects his students to understand his thick British accent.

Well I can't say that he's a bad person, he is actually pretty nice. However he enjoys making the exams very hard. Also on the exams he will put material never taught in class. He does have an accent which can be hard to understand. Also he plays favorites. My advice make your life easier find someone else
