In true Writer form, Dr. Cox has his pet peeves, idiosyncrasies, and moments of sarcasm. His teaching style is straightforward and highly organized. His classes are useful but a tad boring. He could allow for a little more open discussion in his classes. His grading is thoughtful - and punctual, considering the big stacks of papers he has to grade.

Great professor, will do anything to help you. Tech writing assignments were helpful even after class was over/post graduation. You take the time to get your papers done early and he'll proof read it and fix everything. I got an A on every paper!

Great prof. Easy writing class. Very helpful even if you're confused. Fun assignments. Great sense of humor-LOVE THAT!! Watched "The Simple Life" in class and discussed. Cool class! (Had him for Professional Writing) Also very nice looking for his age lol Easy to talk to and get along with, very easygoing. Definitely highly recommend!
