The content is easy, however, Dunn seems like a decent prof, but he tends to be all over the place in class. His quizzes are never what he claims to be. Lectures were dry and could make even the most enthusiastic science student doze off. The book and TA are your key to passing!!

His instruction was not clear. When asked if he could explain a question, he pretty much just said "Well, there it is." Tests were murder because he tests your ability to tweak the concepts, not on any previously taught material. In other words, get outside help.

Professor Dunn is very un-organized and confusing. I have to differ greatly with the opinion just stated, because I also did very well in his class, and I did not find his office hours helpful, nor his lame sense of humor. He is never clear about anything, ask him a question he gives half ass answers, which make you wonder how much he really knows.

Professor Dunn is quite possibly the greatest teacher and scientist at UC Riverside. He knows the material extensively and is very helpful. If anyone rating him here is complaining, chances are they did not attend his office hours. He is a very funny person too. I highly suggest taking a class with him!

The truth about this professor is that he expects too much from his students. I mean, let's be logical here one cannot spend 24hrs studying for his class.You have to keep up with all of his nonsense and borring lectures. Other than the fact that he sucks, he curves the class so most people pass.

Ok, so this guy and his class are definitely not a walk in the park. If you're looking just to memorize, THIS IS NOT YOUR CLASS. The guy wants you to THINK. Go to office hours, they're helpful. Don't listen to the bitter comments down there, just study hard and you'll do fine-curve is pretty good.

I have no idea what the other ratings are about........this guy sucks. It is very easy to make a case for this guy as the worst at UCR (except for Wirz). Bad notes. Penalizes you for not going to worthless lectures. Writes tests like he's mad at you.
