The worst professor Ive came across in my entire stockton career. I regret ever taking his class! He's egotistic and its his way or no way. He doesnt care about his students whatsoever and he'll be the reason why your GPA is trash. . I was as confused as the first day i walked in to the last day i walked out. Going to his office is a waste of time

Good teacher. Cares about his students. His teaching style is a cross btw the lecturing professor and the friendly HS teacher. Good for freshmen not entirely used to college lectures. By no means an "easy A", but do-able if you try. Also epic beard.

Do not take this professor if you would like to get an A. He is very unorganized when writing notes on the board, does not help you if you go to his office, and all around very hard classes. His study guides are huge with only about 1/4 of the material being on the test. Very Very difficult class

He truly does have a lot of knowledge life experience that makes him an interesting person, and he tells tons of interesting stories, but he is horrible at teaching the subject matter. He does nothing to help you improve as a student, doesn't care if you learn what's on the test, and refuses to give A's, even if you earned it.

Geller is awesome! His lectures are entertaining and he is hysterical. But make no mistake, his exams are hard as hell. Do the study guides and know your figures! He is figure crazy.

he is funny, clear, and answers every questions. He wants you to learn and trust me, you will. He is determined, though, to not give anyone A's. I got an A-. He does not like regular A's, but you will learn so much and enjoy class. I recommend taking him.

Great professor: passionate and practical. I had to work my ass off to get and A (I used to think I was a strong writer, but after he tore my essays to shreds, I had to reevaluate & adjust haha). Despite how difficult he was to please when it came to exams, he pushed me to work hard & it payed off. I learned so much from him.

Geller is the man, seriously. Anyone who is hating on him because of his difficulty is out of their mind. He requires you to listen and put in effort, and you're not going to pass his exams without studying. That's it though. He always includes relevant information to the lecture in his side stories, I quite enjoyed them. THE BEARD IS EPIC TOO.

Horrible professor! Doesn't care about the students. His way is the only way. He's always right(even when he's not). No other opinions matter to him but his own. Does not offer any extra credit or opportunities to improve your grade. He should be fired. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent professor, welcome to College kids- it's time to do work. Geller is always willing to help, but he'll want to see effort and an attempt to learn. Sometimes stories get off topic, but they hardly take away from subject material, almost all of which is covered prior to tests. Wonderful classes; a bright and interesting man.

Geller expects hard work from his students, which is why a lot of people aren't fond of his classes. If you're serious about your education and want to take full advantage, take every one of his classes that you can! He is truly dedicated to his students and has always offered his help whenever I need it. Funny, eclectic, caring and reliable!

Refuses to use powerpoints for notes. Graph happy. Illegiable notes on board. Doesn't answer the question you actually ask but answers whatever question he has in his head. Expects students to do extra through voluntary research to learn as if his class is all you have in your life.

DO NOT take this professor unless you plan on regretting it the rest of your college career. His G course was horrible, lowered my GPA. So ignorant, acts as if he is God to his class and does not care about his students at all. So much reading for absolutely nothing. Worst professor I've ever had.

Geller rarely stuck to what the course catalog said about the class. He mainly focused on controversial issues (is there a god?, global warming, fallacies, etc). It was frustrating that nothing of interest was touched upon. And there is a TON of reading.

Inserts unecessary & irrelevant negatively biased verses of scripture from Old Testament. He has no formal academic education of the Bible & this course has NOTHING to do with Christianity.

Somewhat uses an outline for notes but poorly sticks to it. Full of knowledge. Have to be concise when speaking to him or you'll be steamrolled over. I wouldn't not read the text.

Holy crap! Mike Geller....still teaching, "After All These Years". I graduated in 1982 and Mike was great. He wasn't an easy teacher, but he knew his sh*t. I remember he did his thesis on Peromyscus leucopus I think it was the White Footed Mouse. Double Holy Crap! I remembered that without checking Google. Hope I got the Genus spelled right.
