Amazing teacher! He is nice, helpful and interesting. He responds to emails and is very accommodating to the students needs. The tests are "identification" tests. he gives you a list of all the I.D's a week before the exam. Theyre very straight forward, no tricks. One 5-7 pg final paper. Attendance counts, but you'll want to go to his class anyway

Easy class. Counts as a science for SAS, and all you have to do is a 1 page writeup for each class, and take a few simple exams.

OK, the prof. will know who wrote these remarks, but if you get the chance to take his JS class,DO IT!His course will be a breath of fresh air and you will have a mench for a prof. I learned volumes while I did my I.S. He is a teacher who empowers his students and walks the walk. If he gives a reading, do it.Take notes on powerpoint presentations.

EASY! He is very funny and he tried hard to connect with his students. He should be teaching tougher courses with more Tech & Society. I hated 8:AM, but I loved course. I learned a great deal about the way science, then technology affects society. All of the above is reflected through history. Bring your Java & learn from a nice (& easy) prof.

while this is an easy class, the fact that the professor's expectations are low means that he doesn't consider his students very bright. through this semester, he made a lot of assumptions about his students. just because they are quiet, does not mean they are not paying attention or stupid.

Weekly 1-2pg paper about the weekly reading and a 10pg take-home final; No in class tests. Easy class if you don't mind writing. Topics in reading and class discussion are interesting.
