I wouldn't recommend Mr. Greene to anyone. His class is frustrating because he spends so little time actually teaching course material. Please, put your money to good use & choose a teacher that will actually put forth the effort to be a good teacher.

This was quite possibly the worst teacher I have ever had in my life. For starters he barely showed up for class and even did not show up on an exam day. He is also very disrespectful to his students and does not keep office hours or respond to emails. I ended up with a good grade but I had to teach myself the material.

I was also offended by how much of my time this man wasted. He's late to class almost every day. He's super liberal, and doesn't try to hide it. His tests are very hard, and we didn't have the first one until after the drop date (3 weeks before the semester was over). If you don't agree with him, he won't give you the grade you deserve. DON'T TAKE!

He is an appalling excuse for a professor. He comes to class late and then only spends about 15 minutes on material that will be on the test. The video project that he assigns at the end of the semester was a nightmare. Word of advice: if you have to take biology and he is the only professor available, wait.

He's got a really good personality and he is really interested in Biology. Unfortunately, he is consistently late (5-20 minutes) and is scatter brained. However, I think if you could take him in a small class room setting (he teaches at St. Tammany Center + on campus) you would enjoy him.

Whatever you do, please do not take this guy!!!! He is a very horrible teacher!!! He does not stay on subject and he is constantly late to class. He was 25 minutes late for the exam and did not have enough for everyone in the class. He also distracted everyone taking the exam!!! I WILL SERIOUSLY DOUBT HE WILL STILL BE AT SELU NEXT SEMESTER!

4 words DO NOT TAKE HIM. he is constantly 8-20 minutes late for class even on test days, he will literally stop talking mid sentence and stare blankly into space, he makes lame and sometimes aggrevating jokes abt the sudents, finally he is impossible to talk to he is NOT worth the time or tuition fees and you WILL regret taking him.

Wastes so much class time that you actually feel offended. Had him for a three hour night class and he literally wasted 2 hours each time playing on his computer while the class just made conversation. When he finally does engage the class he tries this weak Socratic thing, letting the students figure things out for themselves. USELESS!

He is absolutely the worst professor I have even encountered. He is always late for class, even shows up late for exams. He is very scatter brained and rarely talks about what you are actually tested on. He is very unorganized, and unprofessional. He also failed to give the first test until after the drop date. I agree with the other post on January 26, 2010. I was at his 2 pm class, it was 2nd time he was 15-20 minutes to class....mind you this is the 3rd day of semester. He is the worse of the worst @ Southeastern!!! I HAD TO LEAVE CLASS TODAY BECAUSE HE DOES NOT STAY ON TOPIC!!! DO NOT TAKE HIM!!! I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!!!

Know your material. He makes the class fun and easy but there was only a midterm and a final (besides a few open book 10 pt quizzes and lab reports) so if you don't know the info you won't do well. Only downfall was he was always late and sometimes a little scattered with the lessons. Good enough tho!!
