Michael seems like he has no clue what is going on in class. He gives slight direction but never makes connections between students' comments. Lots of worthless readings. He assumes you have a vast knowledge of rock and roll and the eighties before you even begin te course. WORTHLESS!

I really liked his Critical Approaches class (when it was still called that). I worked hard for my B and I am content with that grade. True: he isn't easy, but easy professors have no business at universities. Take him if you like a challenge.
