Lots of whiners complain about him below, but he doesn't suffer fools. Do good work and get a lot out of his class. If you're just trying to get by, pick another, less important career. You'll learn useful stuff from him that will help you teach well. The one below who says they're teaching took 2 years to get a job--amd is probably fired now.

Spent more time mulling over web technicalities than teaching how to create useful units. Been teaching for 3 years now have used NOTHING he taught me nor any plans to. Was degrading and insulting in his feedback. 5 years since graduation and the memory of this man and his attitude is painful. Too bad his class is mandatory.

This professor made me feel that I was inferior to the other students. He absouloutely shows favortism, and even tells the class, which I think is terrible. He may be somewhat knowledgable. I did not appreciate him until after the class was finished. While he does have favorites, I did not see "favoritism" in grading. Now teaching and using many of his ideas. The technology portion of the class has limitations in a poorer district, but performance can be used successfully everywhere. Take this class.

Teaching is not easy, and if you cannot handle Mike Lomonico's class, then you should maybe re-think your career. This teacher has a lot of wisdom. By the way, I was a below average student in his class, but I listened, and today I use a lot of the ideas that we shared in his class in my classroom.
