One of the best professors at Wayne State because of his kind character and down to earth nature as a human being. This guy truly cares about his students and will go out of his way to help you. He was also one of the easiest english professors that I have ever taken.

He has been one of the best professors I've experienced in my college career. He is absolutely hilarious and 100% invested in your understanding of the material. He makes jokes, he gives you a chance to go over your work in class and redo assignments with the class to get a better grade. He embodies what learning is all about. He is a true gem!

Professor Liebler was a joy to learn from. He's respectful, hilarious, and expects nothing but good work from his students. He is easy to talk to, understanding, and is always willing to meet or help students outside of class. I was recommended him and will always recommend him to anyone i can. PS: he's pretty well known in the poetry world. #Poet

Have had Professor Liebler 3 different semesters and if I must say he is one of the best English professors at Wayne State. His class was challenging, however if you enjoy writing his courses are for you. He listens and tries to understand his students. Also, he if always very respondent to your needs whether in class or on line.

Dr. Liebler really wanted to see students succeed. He gave our SoOOOoOOo much extra credit which helped my grade go from a B to an A. Which is huge. But he was real easy going. He called on me in class a lot which was fine but I think it's cause he thought I was never paying attention. We did quite a few paper responses and 2 major papers.

This class was strange. A creative writing class was transformed into a performance art class with very little creative writing taking place. He's a fun and excited teacher--very laid back. We hardly used the book and very never tested. I didn't even turn in the final paper and still passed.

If you are nervous about your intermediate writing credit and have a choice, TAKE HIM! He is a great professor who is enthusiastic about the material. We read very interesting stories from all over the world and watched at least 4-5 movies in class. Book was less than 10 dollars. Highly enjoyed attending class. I would definitely recommend him!

This has to be the easiest class I've taken in WSU so far. If you need an extra 3 stress-free credits, this is the class you want to take, and definitely with this professor. He's engaging, he's respectful, he jokes around a lot, and encourages people to express themselves. You have to show up and participate, and turn some assignments at times.

M.L. is one of the greatest teachers I've had in a long time. From the beginning I could see that he could tell I had an interest in the subject and would try my best and that's all you need to do to do well. He goes above and beyond for students who show a willingness to learn.

The best teache ive had at wsu. the class was cool it made learning not so boring. he doesnt lecture at you you have a few quizes an a few papers to wrote none of which have to be more than 4 pages. his class is a great break from being lectured at. he gets you involved in class and as long as you dont mind talking in class you will do fine.

He is an awesome professor! Always checks e-mails quickly. He is super helpful and makes understanding topics easy to do as long as you read the text and showed up to class to watch movies. The papers were no longer than about 4 pages, and he drops your lowest score (so if you do well on the earlier papers, you don't have to do the final paper).
