Dr. Palmer is amazing. He shows kindness and passion for teaching. He is hilarious and makes you smile by just talking with his South African accent. He gives some assignments, study guides help you ready for tests if you ACTUALLY study (the study guides are the same as tests). He also does extra credit. He is truly amazing!

Never a dull moment. As a professor or a friend, he will always have some enlightening fact or direct to an interesting read to keep you thinking. I enjoyed his teaching style, always emphasizing more on learning vs than memorizing.

Mr. Palmer is one of my favorite professors. His classes are immensely interesting and he is clearly passionate about communications. He always has a new video, essay, or story to tell. He doesn't just teach you how to speak well, but how to live well.

From South Africa; great guy with amazing ideas and a great passion for communication. His Intro to Comm tests involve him handing out every question he's going to ask and you studying to find the exact answers. Make sure to keep notes when he starts writing on a board or listing things and make sure to make it to class.

One of the best profs at Bryan. He cares about his students and makes his classes fun. He is almost always 8-10 minutes late for his class, and tends to be very disorganized. He will also never get around to returning homework. But he doesn't grade papers on style, so getting them back really isn't important. One of my all time fav profs. I've had six or seven of his classes.

Loved loved this class! Class is so fun! Not only do you get to listen to his amazing (South African) accent, you get to hear his funny stories and watch youtube videos. Don't expect to get your assignments back. If you try, you'll do fine. Also don't worry about being late for class--he usually is around 8 minutes late.

Mr. Palmer is such a fun professor! Classes are hardly ever boring. He's a really nice guy, even though he never gives you back your homework. :( Can also be disorganized--he'll change the syllabus a bajillion times. Other than that, he's awesome!
