If you have to take his class, make sure it isn't an 8am. Very monotonous, I was half asleep during the class most of the time. Doesn't require homework and lets you use notes for the tests which helps a lot. Tests are average difficulty

Professor Simon may not be the easiest professor but he is willing to help. The homework is not graded but it is worth your while to do it because his exam questions are just like the homework problems. Plus he lets you bring in a sheet of notes to each exam. He is worth taking if you want to learn and do well.

AVOID THIS TEACHER. His homework is very easy yet he insists on putting the hardest problems that we learned on the test. Your grade is dependent on his tests, which are impossible. I did all the homework, went to every class, participated and still barely passed.

It's a physics lab class and you really just have to read your lab manual. If you have a problem he's more than willing to help. He lets you re-do your labs if you don't get a good grade, but sometimes his comments are pointless and have nothing to do with physics like corrections of your grammar.

This class should be easy, but it is unreasonably hard. His teaching ability isn't great, and he isn't well prepared for class. Tests are hard, and he grades even harder. Tries to be understanding, but doesn't do anything to help you out. Office hours do nothing. Had to withdraw from class second semester because I couldn't raise my grade.

he explains well in class and his hw is easy, but the tests are a lot harder than the homework. hard grader, too, and it's just on the tests. he's understanding about stuggles, but not very sympathetic or helpful. i asked him ways i could get my grade up, and he offered no extra ways besides doing better next time. not great, but not awful.

VERY UNCLEAR! takes everyone more then a few moments to figure out what hes talking about, lets us have notes on the tests but that never helps cause his tests are always about 50 times more complicated then what he explained in class.

Really easy.Does not give you mandatory homework to do.Very clear about exams.Tells you exactly what is on the final.Homework questions and exam questions are pretty much the same. The only problem with the class is that the exams cover 90% grade.
