Great guy, good prof! Explanations weren't always clear in class, but he was very approachable outside of class and made sure I understood the concepts. Very dedicated - I really appreciated the fact he would stay as long as required during tutorial to help us (past 10:30 PM!) Finally........HOT, HOT, HOT......!

such a great professor!! he is VERY nice and extremely helpful. I am in his class right now, and he gives students the benefit of the doubt for all tests, midterms and marking schemes. I used to hate math before this class and now I dont mind it!!

This class is for education students. So basically everyone who takes this class hates math. He says he is here to help then suddenly he stops using detailed examples because "we should have the skills now to do it alone", then flies through like we should know. The tests are marked very hard (not by him). The final he marks, and he MURDERS you.

Decent prof, hard tests/exams... there are better fluff/marks booster courses for a second level stats course. He covers the material well and is very helpful. The course material was dull as crap... not the prof's fault.

I also took Math 116, and Stats 244 from him. He is willing to put as much effort into teaching you as you are willing to learn. If you put in the effort he'll teach you anything you want. He's easy throughout the year but if he writes the final it's bloody hard.. He's a lot of fun who knows what he'll do next..

Michael is an awesome prof. and if at all possible take your classes from him. As for the dressing up.. he promotes school spirit and tries to make it fun for everyone.. lighten up a bit.. He makes you laugh and loves what he does!
