Great professor, great class. Very easy if you like English. I got an A. You pick all your essay topics, No tests, 1 research paper but you chose the topic and it doesn't have to be english related. Shes funny and really nice. Your final is a portfolio of your best papers.

probably the best professor i have had yet in my experiences at MSU. She makes the class interesting and is a very smart, funny, and understanding woman. Definetly take her class, it is a great class and she really helps you develop your writing skills.

Professor Bowman was madd cool. I passed the class with a B+. She was really down to earth and I'm even keeping in touch with her even now that classes are over so I can go see her play in her jazz band. Great teacher! Wish she taught every subject...just DONT plagarize...PLEASE.

Professor Bowman is a great teacher. She is amazing when it comes to topic choices and things to talk about in class. We always have discussions in class that last forever. She is a pretty good grader and very fun to talk to. I got a B+ in her class and it was well deserved. Definately worth taking.

The woman is incredibly easy. also very accomendating. if you give her prior notice, she will most likely help you out with anything. she drums, and junk! so much fun in her class. papers are difficult, but they can be done. she's so nice!!

I found this class to be very easy. The essays are very short and the discussions in class are interesting. If you like a challenge however, I would not take this course. Sometimes I found it so basic that it was boring. Regardless, she's a nice teacher and the I enjoyed the class.

WHAT.. umm i would very much advise you to take her.. there are no exams whatsoever.. and she only gives you essays umm which are easy cuz they are realted to ur experiences, readings are interesting.. and shes really cool shes freakin DRUMMER in a band! How hott iss that.. u want fun? TAKE HER!
