DONT TAKE THIS RIDICULOUS CLASS. notes suck, cant decide on 1 text so you end up paying horrendous amts for 2 and the lab manual is over $100. not enough lab time for the amt of material. goes off on tangents that are way beyond the scope of what she should be teaching in a BASIC human anat course. not an easy mark as ppl would have you believe.

The university needs more profs like Ms. Cowen. She has a genuine desire to help students and really loves to teach. This has been one of the most interesting classes I've taken. Thanks Michele.

yes I too noticed the repetition of the word "again" as well.I do think her passion for the subject really does come across in her lectures. Her midterm was much easier than I had anticipated it being. I wasted too much time going into detail with the textbook that wasn't required. Just don't fall behind and keep up with her class notes.

Hard class so be prepared to work. She's a funny young prof, does an ok job at explaining, but expect to go home and self teach yourself a bit too. She's great in the lab, very hands on.
