Senior Seminar. Book review, speech, and thesis paper. Not difficult, but extremely time consuming. START EARLY! Trust me! Very helpful and so nice, but she didn't explain some things because she assumed that other teachers already did (and they should have).

In the two years here, I can say that this instructor has been hands down my favorite. While others hide behind the syllabus and are vague, she had me coming back for more! Great job!

Grading: 3 quizzes, drops lowest grade of the 3, 1 reflective essay about what you thoughts you have of the current chapter, very easy A if you use at least a couple key terms, 1 mid term and one final, all test are open book with notes, 1 discussion grade but easy A if you just say something once in awhile! Easy grading and will work with you!

If you need to take this class TAKE HER! I was told to stay away from Hallward and so instead I chose her which I am so glad I did. She is so amazing and clear. I did not think I would pass this class especially because it was online but it is easy to get an A. I usually get B's but passed with an A. She's so great and makes this class fun!

Dr. Knos is a good professor. yea the class (3hrs) is boring because the subject itself is boring. She tries her best to make it fun and incorporate visuals. She is understanding and allows a page note on exams. Attendance is mandatory =25%, group presentation = 25%, midterms & finals = 25% each plus few extra credits here and there. Worked for me!

Very boring class:( She mixes the attendance and midterm grades to give a grade for presentation. What a stupid concept. Not helpfull at all. Whole class was falling asleep in her lectures.

Seeing that Dr. Z only had a 2.4 easiness rating, i was again reminded how utterly lazy KSU students are. I had her for U.S. Foreign Policy, an upper-level class, and was shocked by how easy it was. Tests were open-book AND multiple choice. Reading was moderate. If you can't get the grade you want from Dr. Z, drop out.

I TOOK HER CLASS ON SUMMER. It WAS THE BEST CLASS I HAVE EVER HAD. IT IS A LIE THAT HER CLASS IS CONFUSING. TEST AND QUIZES ARE VERY CLEAR AND COVER ONLY MATERIAL THAT HAS BEEN DISCUSSED. SHE IS VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING PROFESSOR. IF YOU HAVE ANY INTEREST IN WORLD POLITICS YOU CAN CARRY A LOT FROM HER CLASS.

A great teacher who loves her job. If you aren't participating in the discussions you won't do well. Take part in the discussions every week and read your case studies they are fairly short.

DO NOT TAKE HER ONLINE CLASS!! AWFUL! Is unclear, gives too much work, tests and quizes overly hard, and the text book she chooses is one of the WORST I have ever read! I took this class to acquire a better understanding of politics, but now I just hate them with a fiery passion!!

Lectures are colorful and draw you in. LOTS of reading. Read the material and you should do well. Ask questions and get involved, it's fun to get a hot debate going and see where it goes from there. Tests tend to be all over, but based on the readings.

Lectures are interesting, but get off track easily. She tests on assigned reading not lectures. Her questioning format is random. there is no method or general theme followed on what she wants you to know. Exorbitant reading!!
