Dr. Ragle is a fantastic teacher. Four tests, homework, and a final that can be skipped if you do well enough. Clear and grades fast. Cares about each student. Always accessible outside of class. Loves the material she teaches and it's evident. She's extremely dedicated: came to class with a throbbing headache just so we could still review.

Took pre-calc and trig with her. She is a good teacher. A study guide is provided for quizzes and tests which are closed book. She responds quickly to all inquiries and can be reached online to help you.

Dr. Ragle is one of the nicest professors Ive ever had. Shes always willing to help you with whatever you need inside and outside of class. Her lectures are great and she uses a bunch of examples to clarify her work. All around super nice and very good at what she does.

I took Dr. Ragle for three courses- calculus, pre-calc, and trig. She is absolutely phenomenal. Not only does she care immensely, but she is also in love with the material she teaches. If you work hard, you will get great grades. One of my favorite teachers that I've ever had.

I absolutely loved Ragel when I took her for Pre-Calc. Super easy to understand lectures, very quick to respond to questions (I had an online course). Unlimited attempts on quizzes online and in person exams but the questions are usually easy to understand and answer. Taking her again for calculus 2.

One of the best math teachers at NWFSC. 4 tests + final, if you do well enough you are exempt from taking the final. HW you can either do on paper or online (online is easiest), and turn in next class. Best thing is that study guides accurately represent the tests. STUDY THEM! She also focuses on topics needed for future math courses.

Dr. Ragle is hands down one of the best math teachers I have ever had. She cares about the students, goes above and beyond to give them materials to succeed, and makes the class interesting. Definitely one of the best professors at NWFSC.

Dr. Ragle gives very good reviews for the tests and exam. If you go to class, and do the homework you should do well in the class. Her test are not overly hard, but she makes sure that you understand the material. No tricks in her tests.

She's a nice lady, but when she does notes she tends to mess up a lot, so when looking back at the notes you wonder where the 2 come from and later find out it was supposed to be something else so it get confusing. Her homework and study guides are super easy but not the exam its nothing like it. Good luck

Great Teacher. Don't need book just mymathlab, Lecture videos that explain clearly how to work the problems and the slides so you can easily look at them while doing the homework. The Quiz's are unlimited tries til due date so just use the lecture note. Midterm and Final done in person so a little tough if you don't study.

She gives homework almost every class (even over spring break) but the work is not long (usually 10-15 problems) shes happy to help you whenever you need it 100% would recommend for Pre-Calculus. Tests are easy and only about 15 problems. Even if you get the answer wrong but do the work right she gives you credit!

Honestly.. Dr. Ragle is the best professor at the campus. She is so devoted to teaching mathematics that she teaches two online classes and is available for e-mail almost all day long, 7 days a week. I took her for Pre-Calc and am currently in Trig, passed/passing both with High A's. I look forward to taking her Calc sequence, as well.

I took Dr. Ragle for Pre Calc online and she was very helpful. All of the coursework was done through MyMathLab, other than the midterm and final. There were a lot of technical issues with MyMathLab but she was very understanding of it. Very nice and very helpful

Dr. Reagle is a great asset to the NWFSC staff. I have been enrolled at NWFSC for about 3 years now and have experienced a number of great instructors, but Dr. Reagle's teaching methods and enthusiasm seperates from the rest. Great teacher!

Comment:

She records videos for each section with lots of examples. If you don't understand something, she will work the problem and post it for everyone to see. She responds very quickly to emails. She gives partial credit on tests for your work even if you got the wrong answer in the end. I took trig in high school, but never understood it until now.
