Coooooooolest teacher I've ever had! So funny and fun. Acts more like a friend, but is serious at the same time. Definetely would recommend him instead of all the other 103 Lab teachers because they are extremely hard! Take this lab. Real cool guy. You will enjoy the class. Usually don't stay the whole 3 hours as long as you finished your work!

Mike is the man! He's really funny and clear. He's totally upfront with everyone from the beginning and is a no **** kind of guy. You have quizzes everyweek and labs are graded pretty leniantly. It's still a good amount of work though. There is a beach trip and the midterm and final are pretty hard so you need to seriously STUDY!

At first the quizzes and labs are very easy but the difficulty increases as the semester goes on. Quizzes every week midterm and final were hard. He gives some extra credit. He is cool as hell though.

Bad ass lab teacher, cool as hell. I straight up failed the midterm, and a few quizzes but did all my labs and went to the extra credit walk on folly beach and ended up with a B. The final is much easier than the midterm.

Mike makes Geology bareable. He knows that most of us aren't majors and couldn't care less and takes that into account. He teaches you the things are relevant, and doesn't make the class hard for the sake of having a hard class. Take Mike whether you are a major or not. You learn a lot.

I had Mike for 101 and 105 labs and he is fantastic! He makes the course easy and doesnt expect too much from you. He is funny and likes getting to know the students. He does not grade the labs - just checks them off to make sure you did it. Take Mike!

Mike might not be the easiest professor ever, but he's significantly better/easier than many of the other lab teachers. He's absolutely hilarious, and treats his students as friends rather than servants. Great guy.

For a class that SUCKS AND THERE IS NO POINT FOR IT TO BE THIS IN DEPTH CONSIDERING NO ONE IS THE CLASS THAT IS A MAJOR.... he is the best teacher. He makes the labyrinth that is geology and tries to explain it. pretty funny.

Mike You are my BOY! Mike forgets that this is a 1 credit... but when you are there you can look off of everyone. Too many quiz's and the mid term was killer... AVG=60, probably. Not the easiest, but he is a good time
