Great guy. Funny and has lots of relevant stories. Very easy quizzes and homework. Studyguide for final was useless and final was much more intense than the quizzes. Overall it was an easy class for 1 credit.

He is a great guy and a great teacher. He lays everything out for you, no hidden tests, quizes or homeworks. There is a quiz every wednesday VERY easy as long as you show up monday, a mid term and a final that he gives review sheets, and there are labs straight from the book. I would definatly recommend taking him for anything he teaches.

He is the Nutrition prof when it says "Staff." Extremely easy, no book is needed b/c he has all the notes done on the Q drive for everyone. 5 Q quiz every Wed. and a 2 tests. HW once in a blue moon. VERY EASY!!!
