Very rigorous grader, but not a good teacher at all. Not on your team &discouraging personality. You can EVIDENTLY go through everyone's hmwk in your class, and CLEARLY see NOTHING is learned and NO skills are developed. Deducted points because I used "comedian" where she claims I should put "comedienne" after requesting an explanation of a score.

I took her for ENG 102 and she really sucks. She gave me a 0 on a paper and emailed me why I got a zero, so I fixed it and she still gave me a 0. I emailed her multiple times asking her why I got a 0 and she never responded back. I would not recommend her to anybody. Avoid her at all costs.

Lazy, emotional grader. She regularly issues homework that has very vague with grading requirements in order to giver her full discretion. No sentence structure requirements and she does not put a word maximum or minimum which really lends to a randomized grading scale. Often get identical score weeks in a row because she's already made up mind.

I reviewed Chuska on here a few years ago when I didn't take school seriously and blamed her for making a C. I WAS WRONG. Now that I had to take her again for another class, I realize that it was me who failed myself, not her. You do have to read alot and study, but that's what school is all about! I really gained some valuable knowledge this sem

Had her for ENG 101 & 102. As others have said, English has always been my strong suit & I STRUGGLED to get a B in 101 & 102. Very condescending & basically insinuated that I'm an idiot. AVOID!! Since her class, I've made A's in all upper level English courses (at an actual college, not a tech school!); it's certainly not me that was the problem...

This lady is insane. I have never gotten a C in my life but I did in her class. She grades solely on how much she likes you. If you are a teacher's pet you have it made. She is unclear in what she wants for assignments and not a very nice person to boot.

I took her class for English 209 but I dropped her class. She is the must difficult and most hardest teacher you can ever encounter. She has an nasty attitude and she is not helpful at all. I will suggest you not to take her class.
