She is a sweet old lady who is hard of hearing. We thought she may have been a bit crazy at time too. I didn't read the book, just skimmed it to find info for the journals. the papers weren't bad and no exams. The final presentation was stupid, but easy. Love that dog is also irrelevant, don't buy it share with a friend.
