Comment:

Professor Nenon is one of the sweetest ladies I've ever encountered. She's so caring and loves cracking jokes. Be prepared for a lot of homework, but really thats the only work. As long as you do homework, you'll get an A even if you fail the tests. She's super understanding and loves vocal students so be prepared to participate.

I love Mrs. Nenon! I was so worried about taking this class, but she made me love German! There is quite a lot of homework and you have to participate in class, but when it comes time for the tests all of that will be worth it. She also lets you take your graded tests home to make corrections to gain points back. I cannot say enough good things!

I had Nenon last year for German 1010, and I dropped the class on the third week of school. She was teaching COMPLETELY in German by the second day of class and gave us a syllabus that was entirely German. This was 1010 and she was teaching like the class was way past beginners level. I would not recommend her unless you have had german before.

Dr. Nenon is an excellent teacher who cares about her students. Her class is a joy and if you do your best and come everyday, you should do well. The tests can be tricky and there is a lot of reading, but overall GERM3791 is a good class.

Dr. Nenon is good. I don't think she's the best. I'll admit, I don't think this was the best textbook for this class. It would've helped if she had been a better judge of when everyone was totally lost. It seemed everyone was too intimidated to ask anything. That's not how it should be. Too reliant on stories, no real test reviews. But she's nice.

Dr. Nenon is a wonderful teacher. She is incredibly nice and helpful if you have any issues with the material, or any other problems. She is a German herself so she's also incredibly competent and well-versed as an instructor. I would highly recommend taking one of her classes.

Dr Nenon is wonderful. At first, she may come across as a little intimidating, but she is very nice and very personable. She grades each student fairly, and she honestly has helped me to increase my German comprehension skills. I would definitely take another class with her.

teacher is excellent! I also tested into this class as a freshman and was scared to DEATH! I'd say it was an easy level of 5, but she gave lots of homework and the tests are frequent and difficult. No quizzes, but class is usually review of the homework. GREAT CLASS! :)

Nenon is a great teacher and she has a great sense of humor. I learned a lot of German in just one semester! There isn't too much homework but PLEASE remember to go to the language lab! And dont do it all at once in the end. Danke, Frau Nenon! Tschuss!
