VERY easy class, and easy grading (I took it as a half-semester class online and spent max. 1 hour a week, and got an A+). Plenty of extra credit opportunities. However, assignments were poorly explained, and replies to emails and questions could take a week or more. Online course files were a disorganized mess (wrong due dates, broken links, etc).

She was an easy grader, but her assignments were often poorly explained- especially the final project. This was an online course, and she was poor with correspondence. I emailed her and she rarely replied to me, when she did it was a week later.

She is a very nice person and is very easy grader. But as i was going in as a music major i got dumber from the class. No offense she is wonderful and it will be an easy A but dont remember what you were taught.

Simple class. Very nice teacher. At first, she gave me an F for my final grade. I noticed that she made some mistakes with the grading, so I emailed her about it. She ended up giving me a B+ even though I only had a 76% average! Thanks!

She's a very upbeat happy lady. She's nice to everyone, even the people who disrespect her by talking over her in class all the time. My class was half semester which meant each class was over 2 hours long! She does the best she can to keep you enthused. It was all worth it when she gave me an A. Easy class.

This class is as difficult as you want it to be. Its a music appreciation class, and if you are interested in the subject you'll learn a lot. The quizzes and tests are difficult...if your brain dead. Tons of extra credit. Great person, full of life and the energy of music. I would recommend the class to anyone.

If you're interested in an easy course. Take it. If you know anything about music theory, the first bit is going to be a boring review. Her class can sometimes be a joke and I didn't care for going to it. I wouldn't have liked it at all had it not been the place I met a good friend and the neat project you get to do in the class. She's a nice woman and an interesting character. If you like music, you should take it just to make your tastes more diverse.
