I get it, teachers arent always gonna have right answers but the class had to correct wrong answers multiple times. I honestly would have dropped the class if I didnt hesitate. Also it would be better if he didnt just grade tests and quizzes. Even if you do all the homework perfectly, if youre type of person that doesnt do well on test...

He can be a little scattered in his instruction, but you learn to follow along with him. You will definitely have to come to come to class to do well. There are no surprises on the tests and you will be very well prepared. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the fact that he did not update grades throughout the semester.

Hard to understand at first, but you get used to it quickly. He does go fast during lectures, but is happy to go back and explain things. He does get a bit confused by questions and problems sometimes but is very open to students pointing out problems with his work. Who doesnt make mistakes now and then? The homework grading is confusing, though.

If you're reading this, you should just stop & chose someone else to teach you math. This man is a no go. I went all semester not understanding his thick accent, relying on other clueless people to help me out on the homework. He is very head strong and does not care for your input, because 10/10 times you'll be WRONG! The book is useful af though

Dr. Zamani is a great professor. He was my last choice because I registered late. I was hesitant because of his reviews, but he is so great. He has three exams, 2 exams and then a final. He gives Homework every class period. Its easy if you follow along and take notes. Its super easy if you try. He doesn't mind answering questions. TAKE HIS CLASS.

He was a decent professor, he related the math problems to tweak life situations so I liked the fact that i know how to apply it outside of the classroom. He goes to fast in class sometimes and gets a little confused/ahead of himself. And he grades homework really hard which kinda stinks because they're only work 4 points.

DO NOT TAKE HIM, I like math and he made it very hard to understand. He tried to show us a couple problems using a 3d grapher and he couldn't figure it out. He also tries to rush through problems and makes little mistakes. He teaches above us not to us.

this professor is a nice guy but a bad professor. he always messes up when telling you how to do a question and he gets mad when you ask him a question. he is a super tough grader on the homework, which sucks because the assignments are worth 4 points so if you get 2 wrong you get an e on that assignment.

I had to withdraw to keep my grades up. I wouldn't recommend at all. Hard to understand, doesn't take attendance, homework wording is so weird and hard to understand. DONT TAKE.

At first he can be difficult to understand. You get used to it quickly. Daily homework assignments that take 10 minutes at most. Warns you of test a week in advance. Writes every single thing on the board, and you can use your notes and if you purchase the textbook on his tests. He can become confused easily sometimes and tends to make mistakes.

He writes everything out on the board but wording on hw is so confusing. He doesn't care if you pass or fail and doesn't make sure you absolutely know the material. Not a bad person but I wouldn't recommend his class.

Not a good professor. He'll go over several examples in class, but then hands you the homework and the problems are much harder. Tests are just as difficult, if not, even more than the homework. No extra credit is given, even if you're struggling and need a little boost. But he gives you 24 hours after the due date to resubmit the homework.

horrible professor. The exams are super hard. His exams mostly follows the homework (which is also super hard, grades it hard, and gives ton of it). He puts the hardest problems on the exams which is unnecessary. This 4 credit course will feel like 5 because you have to study extra hard for homework (which is almost no points towards final grade.)

Great teacher! I was surprised at the 3.0's on ratemyprofessor. He doesn't teach too fast because he actually writes everything out on the board and if you just raise your hand, he'll stop and help you learn. He makes the material easy to understand and he'll go over the homework with you if you dont understand a particular problem. Open note tests

He's a fantastic teacher and has great "math handwriting", if that's a thing. I was upset when I found out he doesn't teach Multivariable Calculus. His tests come from the homework and aren't easy, but they were fair. After the homework is graded, he emails the full worked out solutions to the homework. Take him for Calculus. You won't regret it.

I might as well have taken this class online. Basically have to teach yourself because he just speeds through the lectures. Most of the problems he does on the board are proofs and should be actual problems like the homework. Exams are not as "identical" as everyone is saying and contains things not from the homework or lecture.

Great professor. Pretty interesting, great board handwriting, very logical in how he presents material. He is not hard to understand at all, but even if you think he is, he writes out nearly everything he says on the board. Homework is lengthy, but the test is based exclusively off homework.
