The textbook written by himself is very helpful for students and the MATLAB code is also a good practice to be familiar with the theory and algorithm. Extra credits of 3/100 is available if you ask questions before the class.

If you get used to the accent, he should be fine. Tests are pretty easy and there 40% grade for project so scoring atleast a B should be easy

Great teacher. He goes over everything you need to know for tests and homework. BE AWARE: homework takes a lot longer than you think. Start in advance otherwise you'll be up til 4am. He tells you this. He is very understanding if there is a computer problem. Very useful class, but don't know why they don't teach AutoCAD instead.

Even though this is his first semester teaching EGM3520, I think he's doing a great job. He follows the text so missing a day once in a while won't put you behind. His lectures are very clear and he's great at explaining difficult concepts in basic terms. You just need to study the homework to do well on the tests. Overall, a great professor.

grades tough on homeworks and tests. reviews the material good though but you have to study and learn the material. Adjusts the tests toughness based how the class does on first exam so you have a chance.

Very helpful professor, always willing to help students with design work, very nice guy. He knows a lot about the software used, as well as the theory. Also, his name is Nam Ho Kim not Nan.

Comment:
The absolute worst course I have ever taken. The book is horrible, the coursework is unorganized, the lecture indecipherable, and the test material are not related to what is taught. TA's do the grading, which is inconsistent.
