This is actually a late rating. I took Dr. Klintworth's class during the spring semester of 1986 and the advanced class to prep for the CPA exam in 1990. Dr. Klintworth was a wizard at the process of metaphorical teaching. She was brought the complex & philosophical concepts of law to a level that we could all understand. And she was hot!

Comment:

One of the most unique and memorable professors I have had. Tells funny stories, which most times stray off topic. Knows material well and makes sure students do to. Teaches to CPA exam, which take home tests are based off. Notes are simple and effective, maybe too much since don't have to really go to class other than to get and turn in exams.

She is probably one of the best teachers I have had so far. She doesn't do the normal cram or fail nonsense. She uses examples, and tries to give real world assignments so that you can try and grasp concepts. No tests, few homework assignments, and a fake jury decision for the final. Easiest class, but I felt like I came out knowing more than most

Great professor. Even though she's a bit older, she teaches the class with humor and metaphors that are right at our level. Tests are straight from CPA exams so it's great practice. Her handouts go hand in hand with her exams but take good notes when she uses examples as they are similar to the exam word problems.

One of the most mature and respectful professors in U.C.F. Definitely knows her stuff and explains the information very well. If you need this class and do not take this professor you are cheating yourself. Excellent professor.

I had this class and professor when I was at UCF 20 years ago. I still tell all of the funny stories that I heard during Business Law I & II. The class was a lot of fun, have great memories of it, and learned a lot.

Nancy is amazing! She teaches the course by telling stories and using examples that make the concepts easy to understand. Just write down all of her stores and examples and you will be able to earn an A! She usually allows open notes and textbook for exams. Talk to her after class and she will share more funny stories. If you need anything just ask her!

Great Prof. Easy A. 5 take-home tests worth about 18 - 19 points each, few tricky qns. Answer to some qns can be found online. She helps you with about 3 questions for each take-home test. Tries to make the class interesting and tells funny stories. Gives guidelines and breakdown for each chapter. Attandance is mandatory and part of the grade.

I took her in honors, because that is the only undergrad class she teaches. I could go on raving about her, but simply put SHE IS THE GREATEST PROFESSOR I HAVE EVER HAD. Think of all the crappy professors you have ever had, well her goodness makes up for all of their crappyness combined.

Absolutely loved her! Felt she was knowledgeable and enjoyed teaching it. Professor gave anecdotes during class that were relevant and amusing. Take this professor. Tests are incredibly easy. Open notes, and she provides the notes to you for class on her website. Can't wait to take her again this summer for the Advanced Business Law class.

Absolutely phenomenal. There's a reason why she has a waiting list to get into her classes. No boring lecture slides in her classes! No silly memorization in her classes! She genuinely wants you to learn the material and teaches it with excitement, enthusiasm, and very down to earth. Without question the best professor I have ever had by far!

Great professor. No book needed. Just take really good notes, you'll need them for the exam. You'll learn a lot from the lectures. I found the exams really straight forward, make sure you answer the question appropriately - she looks for keywords. I'm taking her again for BUL 5332 - she's great there as well!

Dr. Klintworh is one of the best professors I've ever taken. Class is relatively easy as long as you attend class and study lecture notes. She has a great sense of humor and will keep your attention. Highly recommend this professor!

One of the coolest professors at UCF. I'll admit sometimes my mind wanders because she takes a while to fully develope an idea but other than that the lectures are interesting. Tests are relative to lectures. She rarely keeps you the whole time too.

Very good professor. No tests, just 100 questions spread out in assignments throughout the semester. Class is not mandatory, but it's worth going because she gives help on the assignments and the class is actually very interesting. Easy A! Would definitely take if you can
