I've taken Nancy for two online courses. She's a mediocre teacher at best and doesn't clearly state what she wants in assignments then grades you like she was clear about directions. I emailed her about my disability accommodations and she didn't believe that they were legitimate even with documentation. Only Email her if you absolutely have to!

She has one of the most boring lectures I've ever attended. I don't pay attention to lecture or else I will fall asleep. Quizzes and exams are online so it's not awful. She is just an... interesting woman.

Easiest class I ever took. It was basically my time to do other homework only because we had to be there. She is not very good at teaching, has trouble with technology, and slow voice. However, the exams and quizzes are word for word online, lets you use laptops, cancels class often, and easy assignments. Just go to class for attendance points.

If you can avoid her at all costs do it. She is a terrible professor. Course work would be easy but she over complicates everything and makes things more confusing than they actually are. Directions to assignments she gives are always unclear. I've taken quizzes and exams in this class that had content we didn't even go over yet. Overall its a mess

The only good thing about this class is the first 3 exams are online. She's not good with technology so make sure your clicker points are graded (she often blames it on the clickers). She will thoroughly explain any questions and she has extra reading material on d2l to help further explain certain topics.

Not very nice via email and not very tech friendly. The way she lectures is annoying because she starts off speaking normal THEN STARTS TO YELL LIKE THIS. Very passive aggressive and her exams are hard. Even if you study she has very wordy questions and 30% of the exam material she has never talked about in class. Don't get the book, won't need it

Easily the worst professor I have had in an online class. She tries to teach the online section the same way she would teach the in person lecture. If you try to email her and ask a question she bites your head off. Would definitely recommend taking the class with a different professor if at all possible.

Great professor. Lectures are long but not boring. She explained class materials clearly and used great examples to help you remember something. All quizzes/exams are online but its easy if you go to class and take notes. What I hated - very unorganized and confusing on D2L. Due to class size, we had to use clickers. Overall interesting class

She's a great professor. She is very good at explaining her slides. I would write down her slides (or print) and put examples and side notes to terms because her exams are mainly on what does this term mean and here is an example of what term. Super easy course, only buy the book by her not the other book, I never read a word of it and I got an A.

Nancy is one of the worst professors. Not helpful at all and has a lot of issues using the computer and other technology. She uses iClickers for participation, but doesn't know how to work them. The material is easy, but it's no thanks to her.

One of the worst teachers I've ever had. She is unbelievably rude and should not be allowed to teach. For how simple the material is, she finds a way to make her class super confusing and frustrating. UWM is wasting money paying her to teach.

By FAR the rudest professor I have ever come across. email her a simple question and she will bite your head off and make you feel stupid for even asking. her powerpoints were very disorganized and hard to follow. She always seemed unprepared.

I had her for an evening class once a week and she would always let us out 30 min early. The book is NOT needed at all if you go to lectures. Exams are easy if you pay attention to the lecture materials. Highly recommend this professor. She has a mixture of written assignments and tests, which helps.

She's hilarious in the sense that she is much older and is just doesn't fully understand technology and things going on with the younger generation. There are frequent guest speakers which makes the class more interesting. Not a lot of homework. She does clickers for attendance and grades so show up to class. Kinda slow at responding to emails.
