Nap is a helpful professor. Call him old fashion but is very knowledgeable, and willing to answer any of your questions after class. He provides you the materials to study for the tests, the answers to all his homework. Very clear syllabus. I didn't do very well doesn't mean he's unclear. Would not take accounting ever again lol! But he's cool.

Nap is extremely hard to follow. He creates his own types of spreadsheets. He teaches straight out of the book, but still makes a lot of mistakes. Really strict. Lectures students that get up to go to the restroom.

Before I took Accounting 101, I was genuinely interested in the subject. Thanks to him, I now have no desire to be involved in the field in any way. His in class notes are completely different from the homework he assigns. Homework takes me an hour or two every night, which is difficult when I have 3 other classes. However he is organized...

First off, his hand writing is very hard to read, and his instruction is very confusing. The problems he shows in class are straight of the book and usually easy examples. When its time to get to homework you basically have to figure it out on your own. I do not recommend Nap for accounting.

The worst instructor to take for accounting. Deceptive teaching style (if it can even be considered teaching). Lacks clarity and fails to teach the concepts of accounting needed to succeed. Take any instructor but Nap.

Terribly outdated as an instructor. Required to buy his handwritten notes that are not legible, instruction seems to be based on trickery more than teaching. Asks if anyone has questions, then wont answer it saying he has to move forward. Then dont ask for Q's Nap! Avoid if possible, otherwise buckle up!

Nap is an awesome instructor. I've taken accounting classes with two other instructors and Nap leaves them way behind. If you come to class, do the homework, and study for the tests. You will do fine! Nap is always early to class and is available to help after class and during his office hours. I will take Nap for all my Acct classes.

He lectures to the white board and his hand writing is unreadable. The exams are hard due to the fact that he changes the terminolgy. His lectures are back and forth and nearly impossible to make sense of. Avoid Naps class if you have a choice.

Class is hard,tons of homework. I have a slightly above average IQ,worked my butt off and got lucky to receive a B-.Nap is a good teacher,I think he is a more generous grader than other acct.teachers.I took an evening class and Nap will not let you leave even 5 minutes early,he may even go over by 5 mins.If it was X-mas eve,he wouldn't end early.

Lots of Homework and difficult tests. If you spell a word incorrectly or forget a dollar sign you loose .5 a point. So if there are 50 or more entries to be completed for a 10/10 score a simple mistake will give you a 9.5 two simple mistakes 9.0 and so on. Detail is extremely important too him. The tests are difficult and detail counts on everythin

Nap is a great teacher, he is very helpful and makes sure that you understand the information. People that don't like him are the ones looking for an easy grade, but if you want to learn the material he is the best! I am taken all my classes from him and never regretted it

Took several classes with Nap. Harder teacher for 201 and 202, when weeding out the sreious students. He relaxes for 231 and 232. You must come to class and do homework daily. It is NOT an easy A, but you will actually learn accounting. The poor reviews are from people who wouldn't adjust their learning style for his teaching style. Be flexible.

Nap teaches both beginning and advanced acct classes. He uses his own notes, which are helpful when studying for his tests. Perhaps a harder instructor, but you actually learn accounting. Serious students only, not recommended for slackers. Come to class regularly and do your homework as assigned, you'll get a fine grade.

I had Nap for 201 and 202. While he is a little strange he is very straight forward and a great teacher. I am an accounting major and loved his teaching stle. If you do your homework and show up to class you should have no problem passing his class. The people that dont like him and dont do well obviously didnt go to class enough!

This guy is psycho. I don't know who raised him but he has no idea what the real world is like. Do not ever take him! His lectures make no sense, and if he decides not to like you, kiss your gpa goodbye. I'm a straight A student and recieved a C from Nap. There is no reasoning with him. He needs to be fired! Hardest class I ever took. Not a fun teacher at all. I'm going to wait another year and take it at night which i heard had way better teachers teaching it. His lectures are confusing, can't even read his freakin writing, when its time to explain tomorrows hw he says it so fast that you have no clue what your supposed to do. Have fun..
