She is very funny and blunt. She has NO problem telling you how she feels and why you are wrong. She is a sharp and witty little woman. However, her teaching could be polished. Sometimes in class it seems like she is just winging it. She can be scattered brained and get off topic. She is not very helpful for obtaining help outside of class.

Dr. Davis is one of the most disrespectful teachers I've had in my whole career. She is rude and condescending on a regular basis. It is her way or no way. If she feels as if you do not belong everyone knows because she shows it on a regular. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Take her on a need to graduate basis.

Dr.Davis is one of the greatest professors I've ever had. She is intelligent, fun, and extremely interesting during lectures. All the people that post negative comments about her are bitter because they did not do well. She has very high standards,but she works well with those who are not up to par.

Arrogant, rude, condescending, plays favorites, insecure, will embarass you in class if she doesn't like you. She keeps all exams and if she is not in her office you may have to wait days before you can see your own test. To be fair she is tough, never a victim, and succesful in B'ham as a political operative. But as a fair teacher, forget it.

Natalie Davis is very cold, hateful and unfriendly. If you ask her a simple question about the test all she does is snap at you and say, "I don't know look it up." She makes her test so hard by telling you to study a certain part of the notes and the test is everything she didn't tell you to study. Avoid her class by all means!!

Dr. Davis is the most over-rated professor at Southern. She's an awesome lady and can be a great teach when she's trying. Unfortunately, she doesn't always put a lot of effort into all of her classes. Further, she has obvious favorites and a tendency to talk down to students. Very generous, very cool, but only a great teacher in 1 of 4 classes.
