One of the best professors I've ever had. Requires a lot of papers and essays but they really help a lot and aren't bad to write. I enjoyed doing work for this class. He also teaches very well. I feel I can retain almost everything I was taught. He makes sure you are always paying attention so you won't miss any content. Great class.

Honestly one of the best professors I've ever had. His class is engaging and he tries to make content funny/relatable whenever possible. I look forward to class because I know I'll learn something and have fun. Also he is the best advisor at Stonehill. If you can take one of his classes, definitely do.

Professor DesRosiers is one of the best professors I have had at Stonehill. He is very helpful and his class is very interesting. Write drafts to do well on papers and study key terms and concepts talked about in class for tests and quizzes. Over all an easy, enjoyable class that I'm glad I took!

Intelligent, funny, kind man, one of the best instructors I've ever had. Encourages students' immersion in subject & with how he brings it to life, it's hard not to. Skim the text to prepare for class discussion then basically be a scribe for class notes - he'll say what's not impt. Tests & quizzes all vocab words; submit paper drafts before due.

Makes latin easy and fun. Didn't think I'd like it, but it's my favorite class. Almost always lets you out of class early, sometimes after 30 minutes. Quizzes and tests are easy if you study. No surprises. Funny guy too. Take latin over any other language.
