Took his class online. At the beginning of the semester he sends a schedule and clearly explains his expectations and grading. Other than that, he never communicates with the class. Easy A if study quizzes and practice tests, which is necessary since 80% of your grade comes from the midterm and final.

He was very nice but HARD! Answered my questions quickly & provided info to help understand the material. Mid term & final 80% of grade. The material is extremely HARD! My tutors said this is three Econ classes in one and packed into summer is not a great formula. I studied A lot and got a D in the class. Dont take if you dont do well on tests.

He was extremely condescending and rude. Not to mention the online course requires supplementary online system called Aplia. It is not well liked and very poor substitute for a handcrafted online course. There are only 2 test that dictate 80% of your grade. To send an email you must follow his 8 rules. #7 "be nice and thank me for responding"

Mr. Peppes is truly the best Professor I have had. He prepares well thought out, engaging lectures. He kind of has a character he puts on and it makes class more fun. He does this because he cares. He repeats information and varies the activities, so if you pay attention in class you are guaranteed to learn and understand everything.

He gives all the materials needed for the course online and one must be on top of all the assignments in order to pass the class. There is ONLY 2 exams, so study !!!

his class is super easy if you just pay attention and take notes, he is a bit strict on things like sitting a certain way and not putting your head down but I realized its to only help you. he really wants you to learn he will repeat himself a billion times so you can understand and plus hes funny. he keeps the class alive. barely used textbook.

Don't take online. Your grade consists of 2 tests, the midterm and the final, and 20 pts total for weekly participation in quizzes. If you do badly one there are no opportunities to redeem yourself. When I communicated my concern I was told I should try to attend lecture even though I was taking it online. also must purchase Aplia access code.

Mr. Peppes is an excellent professor. Yes he is loud but I found he kept the class, which I expected to be boring, very interesting and exciting. He uses a variety of teaching methods to present info in different ways to help to retain the info. I found the homework and test reviews helpful. Do take notes and complete the pre-test to succeed.

Very odd teaching method, basically the entire lecture consists of him going around the room asking every one questions which I didn't find helpful. He also was very intimidating , makes you feel stupid if you don't know an answer.

Don't take the online class because you have two 75 question test. You basically teach yourself or tutors have to teach you. He dont give answers to pratice test so you depend on your tutors or other people who take the class. I have never had a bad grade until this class. I think there need to be more interaction in the online class.

Don't take the online class because he gives little to almost no help. Basically you depend on the tutors or your self to teach you this stuff. He gives two big test with 75 questions. Some are on the practice test but the test questions can be confusing.

Mr. Peppes is a wonderful professor. His style of teaching engages students and makes learning the material managible. I took the 4 week course with him and got an A. As lng as you go to class and pay attention along with actually doing the homework in the workbook, getting an A is a reasonable expectation.

I recommend not taking the online course. You have practice and graded assignments on software worth 10%. 2 exams on campus each worth 44% of your grade. Not easy at all. Just go to his lectures.

Love, love, love him! He is very loud but hilarious. He repeats important things like a million times so you are sure you have it. Macro is a class that I would normally fall asleep in, but Peppes makes that impossible because of his entertainment quality. I will be taking him for micro also and anything else I can find that he teaches.
