extremely anal about the smallest things. my time spent in this class was very miserable for me. professor bannett is a nice lady however, she nags about minor things. when students try to make it fun, she doesn't take it very well. it's a very boring class, but definitely not difficult to pass.

Prof Bannett is incredibly dedicated to her subject, and she enthusiastically helps her students be it after class, or during office hours, as well as helping anyone with their papers. She is an awesome professor, totally recommend her!

I had her for women writers. i first thought this class would be interesting but it was boring. i felt like this prof made it boring. she is very anal with grades. she wants everything perfect and excepts alot from you. she is ok. i got a B+ in this class for a english class it felt like alot of work.

She's very professional. Not someone you could be "close" to, but she's definitely an outstanding professor. Very fair. Definitely one of the best English professors I've seen in CUNY. Crystal clear -- something hard to find in CUNY, ironically enough, in the English department. I recommend her.
